Information you provide
If you submit an inquiry, we collect your first and last name, email address, state, selected topic, contact consent, and any optional phone number, visitor description, or message you choose to provide. We also preserve limited source information such as the landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifier when present so we can understand how the inquiry reached us.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, health information, government identifiers, or sensitive financial records through the website. Submitting an inquiry authorizes a response to that inquiry; it does not by itself enroll you in marketing messages or create an advisory, consulting, insurance, legal, or tax relationship.
Calculators and uploaded illustration files
Calculator entries and results are processed in your browser and are not included in the website inquiry payload, analytics events, page URLs, or browser storage. An insurance illustration XML file selected in the debt calculator is read locally to calculate a comparison; the file and its values are not uploaded by the website.
Printing, saving, browser extensions, device software, or a future workflow you separately choose may handle information outside this website's local calculation boundary. Review those tools before using them with sensitive information.
Optional website analytics
If you affirmatively allow analytics, the website loads Microsoft Clarity to help us understand page usage through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session recordings. Clarity may process page and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, clicks, scrolling, and similar interaction data using cookies and related technologies. Calculator surfaces and the inquiry form are explicitly masked, and our event allowlist excludes names, contact details, messages, financial inputs, results, and uploaded XML.
Clarity does not load until you choose to allow analytics. You may choose Essential only or revisit Privacy choices in the footer to withdraw the stored choice. Withdrawal sends a denied consent signal, removes the Clarity tag, and reloads the page if an analytics session was active. Microsoft states that Clarity dashboard data is available to web administrators for up to 30 days.
How we use and disclose information
We use inquiry information to route and respond to the requested conversation, maintain reliable delivery and deduplication, protect the site, measure approved acquisition sources, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Browser analytics is used only for site usability, performance, security, and lead-path measurement at the event-category level.
The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Approved inquiries are delivered to FlexConnect, our branded customer relationship management system built on the HighLevel platform, where authorized team members can triage and respond. HighLevel supports the underlying CRM processing, and Microsoft processes optional Clarity analytics. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or another party when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or complete a transaction involving the business. We do not sell website inquiry information.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and FlexConnect CRM records only as reasonably needed for the inquiry, business operations, recordkeeping, security, and applicable legal or regulatory obligations. HighLevel platform backups, logs, and metadata may follow provider retention schedules. Because the underlying platform does not offer a customer-defined global retention period, deletion requests are handled through the request process below and are subject to required records and technical limitations.
We use data minimization, encrypted HTTPS transport, same-origin form controls, request-size limits, input validation, deduplication identifiers, restricted browser-event fields, security headers, and access controls. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may decline optional analytics and still use the site and calculators. You may ask to know, access, correct, or delete website information associated with you, or ask questions about disclosure and processing. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law; some information may be retained when legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping.
Send privacy requests to contact@simplefinancial.com or call +1 801-876-1171. We do not discriminate against visitors for exercising applicable privacy rights. Because we state that website inquiry information is not sold, an opt-out request will also be treated as a direction not to sell covered website information.
Children and policy changes
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to people under 18. Do not submit information about a child through the inquiry form. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review the request.
We may update this policy when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be presented through a reasonably accessible notice.
